Beta-Alanine - Beta-alanine, an amino acid, will increase the intramuscular content of carnosine, which in the muscle acts like a buffer. Beta-alanine has been clinically shown to decrease the rate of fatigue, increase the number of repetitions, increase training volume, increase knee extension torque, and increase lean body mass.*

Phosphatidic Acid (PA) - PA is a naturally occurring phospholipid that plays a key role in mTOR: the regulation of muscle protein synthesis. Recent studies at the University of Tampa in conditioned athletes demonstrated that PA significantly increase maximal strength, muscle hypertrophy and lean mass.*

MPO should be taken based on your body mass:

  • 100-130 lbs - 1/2 scoop
  • 131-190 lbs - 1 scoop
  • 191-240 lbs - 1.5 scoops
  • 241 lbs and above - 2 scoops

Mix the correct dosage of MPO in a shaker cup with 5-8 ounces of water depending upon taste preference. Shake vigorously. MPO should be taken daily. On days you are working out or performing an athletic event, drink MPO 30 minutes prior to the activity.

MPO can also be mixed with BCAA 633. If you are mixing MPO and BCAA 633, place both powders in a shaker cup, add about 14-18 ounces of water and shake vigorously.
